Terms & Conditions of Service

The following terms and conditions govern the services provided by Mobby Services for your vehicle. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Booking & Payment Policy: Customers must provide accurate contact details, vehicle information, and a valid service address. Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise stated.We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash and check.
  2. Best Efforts Basis:Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We strive to clean, remove stains, or restore surfaces, fabrics, or conditions on your vehicle but do not guarantee specific results. Services listed in our marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of performance, as outcomes may vary based on your vehicle’s condition or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inability to achieve desired results.
  3. Incidental Damage:We are not responsible for incidental damage occurring while your vehicle is in our care, including but not limited to damage related to pre-existing conditions (e.g., tears, scratches, dents, stains, odors) or components such as automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear wipers, loose interior trim, exterior moldings, mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, power antennas, insignias, aftermarket accessories (e.g., bug shields, sun visors), magnetic signage, running boards, hood ornaments, alloy/chrome/mag wheels, headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors. However, we are liable for damage we directly cause while driving your vehicle or performing services, provided such damage is not attributable to a pre-existing condition.
  4. Additional Charges:During service, we may encounter conditions requiring extra time, effort, or materials, potentially resulting in additional costs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of incurring such charges. If we cannot reach you due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to complete the work at our standard published hourly rate to ensure efficient workflow and service completion.
  5. Personal Possessions Left in the Vehicle:Our policy is to collect any belongings left in your vehicle, place them in a bag, and return them to you upon service completion. Loose change found in the console will be placed in a plastic bag to facilitate cleaning. However, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or discarded items. We strongly recommend removing all valuable possessions from your vehicle prior to service.
  6. Weather Conditions and Limitations:Services may be postponed or canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow) at the discretion of Mobby Services, with no penalty to Mobby Services and to the customer.
  7. Corporate Locations Policy:For corporate location appointments, Mobby Services requires a minimum of two vehicles appointment on the day of service for operational efficiency. If only one vehicle is scheduled for service on the day of service, Mobby Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment upon agreement with the customer.
  8. Engine Damage Disclaimer:Certain detailing services include cleaning the engine compartment and its components. Mobby Services disclaim liability for any temporary or permanent damage resulting from this service, including but not limited to issues caused by water interfering with engine functionality.
  9. Wet Sanding:Some detailing services involve wet sanding to address deep scratches in your vehicle’s clear coat finish. Mobby Services is not liable for damage to the painted surface if sanding penetrates the clear coat and affects the underlying paint.
  10. Limit of Liability:Mobby Services’s total liability for services provided is limited to the invoice amount for the service rendered, except in cases of collisions occurring while your vehicle is in our possession, where additional liability may apply. Service Guarantee; if you’re dissatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll address it at no additional cost (subject to reasonable limitations).
  11. Coupons, Discounts, and Gift Certificates:Coupons, discounts, and gift certificates are valid only if presented before services are performed. We reserve the right to refuse application of these offers after service begins.
  12. Gratuities:For detailing services, we encourage customers to offer gratuities directly to the staff member who serviced their vehicle, at their discretion.
  13. Privacy and Data:Personal Information (e.g., name, address, contact info) will be collected solely for booking and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
